MATH 015X. Precalculus Workshop

Math 015.X is an attachment to Math 015 for students who place into it based on the Math Readiness Test or who wish to strengthen their foundation in algebra and trigonometry. Topics will include logarithms, exponents, behaviors of functions and their corresponding graphs, solving equations and inequalities, and trigonometric functions and their inverses. Classtime in Math 015.X will primarily be spent solving problems in a collaborative environment. Each week, the problems will be aligned with the precalculus skills needed for that week’s Math 015 content.

Prerequisite: Students must be concurrently enrolled in MATH 015 to enroll in Math 015.X
