ENGL 070B. Fiction Workshop

This course is a systematic introduction to the craft of fiction writing. It will consist of in-depth analyses of selected short stories in conjunction with workshops of your own stories. Basic craft elements such as plot, character development, dialogue, imagery, voice, figurative language, and point of view will be explored. Attendance at visiting author readings is required. This course is limited to 12 Students. Enrollment by lottery
