ENGR 083. Fluid Mechanics Fluid mechanics is treated as a special case of continuum mechanics in the analysis of fluid flow systems. Conservation of mass, momentum, and energy are covered along with applications to the study of inviscid and viscous, incompressible, and compressible fluids. Offered in the spring semester of alternate years. Prerequisite: ENGR 041 or permission of the instructor. Natural sciences and engineering practicum. Lab included. 1 credit. Spring 2027. Everbach.
