CHEM 003E. FYS: Everyday Chemistry

This first-year seminar introduces students to the underlying chemistry behind every day processes and phenomena. From food chemistry to environmental chemistry and more, this course aims to make chemistry both accessible and relevant. Students will build a foundation in key chemical concepts while also developing their ability to communicate scientific ideas clearly and confidently. Through presentations and discussions, they will learn to connect chemistry to real-world contexts and share their insights with others.
