ENGR 069. Solid Waste Engineering

Welcome to the world of garbage! This course introduces students to the full life cycle of how municipal solid wastes are - and could be – managed. E69 includes design of processes and facilities for the management of municipal solid wastes, with a focus on quantitative analyses. This course will integrate lecture, discussion, problem solving, field trips, hands-on laboratories and design projects.
Prerequisite: CHEM 10 or permission from the instructor
