SPAN 004. Advanced Spanish

This course features a thematic approach that exposes students to current topics, and offers a comprehensive look at Spanish grammar through communication-oriented activities. It encourages students to build on their current Spanish language skills and learn more advanced grammar points. Students will improve their linguistic accuracy and develop their cultural knowledge and critical thinking skills in Spanish. SPAN 004 prepares students to take introductory writing courses.

Note: The class is taught by one instructor, and meets 3 days per week (T/W/Th).
Prerequisite: SPAN 003 or the equivalent.
