ECON COMP. Comprehensive Exam

Course majors in Economics must pass the Comprehensive Examination, which is given in January or February each year and covers the theory and statistics requirements. Students should plan to complete ECON 011, ECON 021, and ECON 031 before taking the comprehensive exam. All students are required to take the examination on campus their senior year; the only exception is for December finishers, who may take the comprehensive exam on campus in the winter prior to their final semester at Swarthmore.
