MUSI 043. Chorus

Chorus is a mixed-voice choir comprising about 75 students, faculty, staff, and community members. The ensemble rehearses on Wednesday evenings in the Lang Music Concert Hall, with each vocal section meeting approximately one additional Thursday evening per month for sectional rehearsals. Chorus performs repertoire including small-scale works from throughout history and around the globe. Members are eligible to participate in free Skills for Singing course aiming to help develop vocal technique, rehearsal skills, music reading, and related abilities. Low-pressure auditions are held the first week of each semester.
