ECON 141. Public Economics This seminar focuses on the analysis of government expenditure, tax, and debt policy. A major part of the seminar is devoted to an analysis of current policy issues in their institutional and theoretical contexts. The seminar will be of most interest to students having a concern for economic policy and its interaction with politics.
